Miles Dennis Robertson Jr., 68, of Quartzsite, AZ, passed away Friday, April 21st, 2023 in Ogallala, NE.

Miles was born in Arkansas City, KS on January 6th, 1955 to Miles and Helen (Punches) Robertson. He was the youngest of eight children. He grew up in Arkansas City and attended school and college there. Miles was in law enforcement, then married Sherri Summers. To this union, two children were born; Robert and Shiloh Robertson. He then remarried Brecinda Carter on February 20th, 1987. They raised the children together and were happily married for 38 years. They are also blessed to have a wonderful daughter-in-law, Brandi Robertson. They adopted their first born grandson, Patrick, and have 5 wonderful grandchildren; Patrick, Moriah, Alexander, Emmaleen, and Nicholas. 

Miles worked at several establishments through out the years, including Rodeo Meat Packing Plant, Rusty Nail Steakhouse, and The Daily Oklahoman. He retired in 1997 due to vision problems. He was also a member of the Church of Christ in Ogallala, NE and Quartzsite, AZ.  In the summer of 2019, Miles and his wife sold everything and started living their dream to travel and see as many places as possible. They traveled to 28 states, Arizona was Mile's favorite.  During their travels, they met many new people they call friends. Now his journey is heaven bound to be with more family and friends. He will be missed and loved by so many.

Miles is preceded in death by; his parents, Miles and Helen Robertson; two sisters Wanita White and Darmel Barker; and two brothers Marnen Robertson, and Carmen Robertson.

Survivors include; his wife, Brecinda Robertson; his children, Robert (Brandi) Robertson III of Quincy, IL and Shiloh Robertson of Stillwater, OK; his grandchildren, Patrick Gualco, Moriah Gualco, Alexander Robertson, Emmaleen Robertson, and Nicholas Robertson; his brother, Loyal (Marge) Robertson; his sisters, Arleta Moorman and Mylene Sayers and many nieces and nephews.

The family chose cremation. There are no services planned at this time.
